First time I used the online appointment service and it was absolutely perfect. Showed me approximate wait time which was less than 10 minutes and allows you to pick your stylist. Shari is my preferred stylist, I have thick hard to cut hair and she gives me a perfect cut every time! Store is kept very clean and well stocked with products like the Tea Tree products, a must try.
